This Place is peaceful, it has mostly everything to be honest,basketball,soccer fields,tennis court, playground. Just go and visit, it’s a beautiful area. It’s well cleaned and maintained which is a bonus.

Place is where it's at for soccer, baseball, basketball, tennis, pickleball, walking trails, outdoor workout equipment. Also has a picnic area with grills, you can reserve.

My son loves coming here. It’s not too overwhelming for him. This is where he learned to play tag. Jake is autistic and when he first started coming here he did not know how to socialize with the other kids. Now with the help of his BCBA and teachers at mac he can introduce himself, ask relevant questions and loves to play tag. A while ago I had to tell some of the kids he was playing with he doesn’t know this game and they were glad to show him and help him. Also talking to a parent more recently apparently there is a walking trail that I didn’t know about so there’s that and now when we leave I do not have to set a timer I can just let him know 10 minutes, 5 Minutes, 2 Minutes and he leaves with no problem. This is a good playground to come when I don’t have a lot of time but I want to get Jake out for a bit. Sometimes a swing and a few slides are all you need 😊

Veterans Park, Wonderful family park for get togethers. The children enjoyed the kids park while the older kids enjoyed the basketball courts we had a beautiful family reunion. The Susquehanna park Recreation employees are great Thank you

My daughter plays softball & I love that my younger child can go play at the playground. It's clean & well maintained. UPDATE: Although we no longer play ball, my kids still enjoy going to the park. I now include my grandson when we go. It is still clean and well maintained.
